Pitfaranne is a family owned and run boutique Guest House offering exceptional B&B in Inverness City Centre, In the Guest House, bed and breakfast is offered with all rooms, there is also a stand alone apartment that is offered on a self catering basis. It is all situated in a quiet street in the centre of Inverness with secure off street parking and just east of the picturesque River Ness.
Your B&B is a short walk to the castle, the town centre and the bus and train stations. It provides an ideal base to relax after a long journey or walking the Great Glen Way, to explore Inverness City, to start your North Coast 500 (NC500) adventure and to travel further afield to explore the Isle of Skye and the Highlands of Scotland – all accessible in day trips.
Depending on season prices vary from £35 pppn, if you call owners Maggie or Malcolm they will be happy to discuss options. On site there are a combination of Twin, Double and Family rooms with packages that can be room only, self catering or with breakfast. We are happy to chat to you about your plans and where possible assist in optimising your stay in Scotland. When you arrive there are multiple options within a 5 minute walk for eating out or having a relaxing drink, many with outdoor seating, views of the river ness, the City and the Castle. The Bed and breakfast has double, twin, single and family room accommodation and each room at Pitfaranne Guest House features an en suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, toiletand tea/coffee making facilities details here…
Pitfaranne’s Self Catering Ness Apartment is attached to Pitfaranne Guest House and is self contained with Bedroom, Lounge/Dining area, Kitchen and Bathroom. With shared use of the garden this is a great option.
Located between the River Ness (running down to Loch ness – very popular), the Castle and the City Centre there is much to see and do… in the mediate area also ideal base for your North Coast 500 (NC500). The NC500 actually starts from the Castle a few 100 mtrs away.
